With a keen dedication to broadening educational access, Eshaan Akhtar established AK Education Group to support learners from all walks of life. As Founder and Chairman, he guides the organisation’s strategic vision and builds collaborations across schools, healthcare networks and community organisations. Combining practical experience in community outreach with a belief in mentorship’s power, Eshaan ensures every programme is inclusive, impactful and tailored to student needs.
A dedicated sports fan and keen gamer, Eshaan understands the value of teamwork, strategic thinking and perseverance. He often incorporates these lessons into AK Education Group’s programmes—encouraging students to approach challenges with resilience, to learn from setbacks and to work collaboratively towards common goals.

Dr Nadeem Akhtar
Educational Director
Dr Nadeem Akhtar brings over 15 years of expertise in medical education to AK Education Group, driving curriculum excellence and student success. He is passionately committed to widening access for aspiring clinicians, blending deep subject knowledge with personalised mentorship to empower every learner.
Outside of work, Nadeem enjoys playing football and cricket and finds these activities both relaxing and energising. His personal motivation is to make a difference, spread happiness, and help people in any way he can. Staying grounded, Nadeem draws inspiration from his efforts to improve the education of the community he serves.

Dr Atif Khan
Head of Clinical Immersion & Mentorship
Dr Khan is an experienced doctor starting his medical journey in Palacky University, Czechia. His first NHS role started in Lincoln County Hospital during the peak of covid. For 2 consecutive years, working across multiple medical specialties including Acute medicine, Haematology and Oncology, Renal medicine and Care of the Elderly. Having lived and worked for many years away from the comforts of home, it has strengthened him to become a high-achieving individual practitioner.
Returning closer to home, he has spent the last 3 years completing his GP training, further gaining experience in valuable facets of medicine- Stroke and Rehabilitation, Emergency medicine and Paediatrics. He has a diverse portfolio of experience making him a well rounded clinician, soon to complete his training and continue as a salaried GP at the Ridge Medical Centre in Bradford. He also has a passion for serving and educating the community, for promotion of health with regular community talks and youth engagement.
